Generate LEXICON tables

• Generate files to "${LEXICON}/data/${YEAR}/tables/*"
shell> ${LEXICON}/bin/5.GenerateTables <year> > log.5

• Check log.5 and follow the instruction to look for error message in log.5 and correct LEXICON.release again. Such as:
  • duplicates:
    • abbreviations, spelling variants
    • shell> wc -l ./tables/*.diff
    • Go through all (not-empty) files and fix it as LEXICON.release.log.5.fix
    • Follow the instrutions in the message from program

    • If any fix is perfromed, re-run ASCII in steps 3, 4, 10
  • Options 10-11 are done in the post process.
