Generate InflectionTable

Descriptions:

This option generates inflection.table table. This table is a legacy format. It presents the same set of data as inflVars.data. Acoordingly, the line count should be the same as inflVars.data.

Input:

${LEXICON}/data/${YEAR}/tables/inflVars.data

Output:

${LEXICON}/data/${YEAR}/tables/inflection.table

Notes:

inflVars.data must be generated before generate this file (inflection.table).
