Generate InflVars

Descriptions:

This option generates inflVars.data table. This table is used to replace inflection.table. It presents the same set of data as inflection.table.

Please notes that this file should be indentical to the inflVars.data generated by lexBuild.

Input:

${LEXICON}/data/${YEAR}/data/LEXICON

Output:

${LEXICON}/data/${YEAR}/tables/inflVars.data

Notes:

This option provides a self check at the end. This check program checks if there are any duplicated lines.
