I. Requirements & SCRs
The requirements of VTT are acquired from

• User's inputs from Allen Browne, Dr. Clem McDonald, Guy Divita, and Dr. Mehmet Kayaalp.
• Developer consideration from Dr. Chris J. Lu

Due to the increasing number of SCRs, the requirements and SCRs are managed in SCRT (Software Change Request Tool).

II. Baseline Requirements After all baseline requirements are completed, the software will be released as 2008 version. Future software change requests should be reported, recorded, and managed through SCRT (Software Change Request Tool). Please refer to baseline requirements for details.
