STI System Options
STI system option is the top level option that most used by users. It includes showing help menu, showing configuration information, specifying the input file, output file, and configuration file, showing version, showing prompt, and show all Semantic Types information.
The table below lists all system options for this tool

| -d | Show detail scores for all legal words & MeSHs |
| -h | Print program help menu |
| -i:STR | Specify input file. The default is standard input |
| -id | Use input format with ID: ID|string |
| -if:h | Print input filter help menu |
| -lw:h | Print input legal words filter help menu |
| -o:STR | Specify output file. The default is standard output |
| -of:h | Print output filter help menu |
| -p | Show the prompt. The default is no prompt |
| -rv:STR | Run specified version of TC data set |
| -st | Show information of all STs |
| -v | Print the current version identification of STI |
| -x:STR | Loading an alternative configuration file |
