Add a new option flag

1. Edit the main program, such as norm, luiNorm, or lvg

2. Modify method of DefineFlag ( ) in the main program
   • Modify flagStr
   • set the full name for the new option flag

3. Modify method of ExecuteCommand ( ) in the main program
   • Add a new if statement to handle the case of new option flag

4. Declare associate data member for the option flag in main program.

5. Edit Help program to update new option flag in the help menu.
