Description

Check duplicated EUIs in the collections of LexRecords.
=>By specification, EUI must be unique (no duplications).

Actions

• Print out error message for duplicated EUIs
• No auto-fix action (required manually fix)
• All issues need to be fixed in the Lexicon before further cross checking!
