Please notes that the following steps can be skipped until the completion of lvg to complete the LEXICON release:

• step 2): docs, required updates are completed
• step 3): dPairss, aPairs, sPairs, requires they to be completed tagged
• step 4): LVG programs, requires lvg.${YEAR}
• step 6): negation.data, requires aPairs to be completed
