WSD Test

This test uses NLM WSD Test Collection data. Once the new database and data files are ready, we can run the WSD test as follows:

• Setup input data:
  • Files:
    • /export/home/lu/Projects/TC/tc2009/data.2008/Stri/stJdTable.txt.${YEAR}

    • /export/home/lu/Projects/TC/tc2009/data/HSqlDb/tc${YEAR}.backup
    • /export/home/lu/Projects/TC/tc2009/data/HSqlDb/tc${YEAR}.data
    • /export/home/lu/Projects/TC/tc2009/data/HSqlDb/tc${YEAR}.properties
    • /export/home/lu/Projects/TC/tc2009/data/HSqlDb/tc${YEAR}.script

    • /export/home/lu/Projects/TC/tc2009/data/Config/tc.properties.${YEAR}
      • Use ST_JD_FILE for St-Jd table in Stri
      • Use DB_NAME for JDI and STI

• Run WSD Test:
  • shell> cd ${TC_TEST}/WsdTest/bin
  • shell> 2.TestWsd

• Get the Statistic Report:
  • shell> cd ${TC_TEST}/WsdTest/bin
  • shell> 3.TestWsdStats

• Data files:
  • ${TC_TEST}/WsdTest/data/Output/${YEAR}/
