STRI Output Filter Options (-of:sf~STR)
This option is used to specify the score multiply factor. The multiply factor is equal to 10 to the power of STR. The value of score multiply factor is display in the output. The default value of STR is 0 to set the score multiply factor to 1 (10 to the power of 0). If STR is set to auto, the program will automatically find the score multiply factor so that the score is between 0.1 and 1.0. The table below shows examples of STR and score multiply factors:
STR | Score Multiply Factor | Notes |
---|---|---|
0 | 1 | default |
1 | 10 | |
2 | 100 | |
... | ... | |
auto (-1) | Auto determined by program |
The ST Score is the value of cosine coefficient. In other words, the value should be between 0 and 1 without using this option.
