STI Output Filter Options (-of:c)

• Description:

  This option is used to show the ST scores in cluster format:

  • Cluster increment:
    The default value of cluster increment is 0.001. This valve may be set by using -of:ci~FLT option.
  • Cluster number:
    The default value of cluster number is 5. This value may be set by using -of:cn~INT option.
