JDI System Options (-h)

• Description:

  This option is used to show JDI program help menu.

• Examples:

  > jdi -h
  
  Synopsis:
    jdi [options]
  
  Description:
    jdi is a program uses JD to index text and MeSH
  
  Options:
    -ci       Show configuration information
    -d        Show detail scores for all legal words & MeSHs
    -h        Show program help menu (this is it)
    -i:STR    Set input file
    -id       Use input format with ID: ID|string
    -if:h     Show input filter help menu
    -imh      Index MeSH (MH|SH)
    -it       Index text (default)
    -itmh     Index text and MeSH (text|MH|SH)
    -jd       Show information of all JDs
    -lw:h     Show legal words filter help menu
    -o:STR    Set output file
    -of:h     Show output filter help menu
    -p        Show prompt
    -rv:STR   Run specified version (must include data set)
    -v        Show version of jdi
    -x:STR    Specify an alternate configuration file
