I. Requirements & SCRs
The requirements of STMT are acquired from

• UMLS_CORE project: Dr. Kin Wah Fung and Suresh Srinivasan
• MetaMap project: Dr. Alan Aronson, Francois Lang, and Willie Rogers
• Development team consideration: Dr. Chris J. Lu and Allen Browne

II. Baseline Requirements
After all baseline requirements are completed, the software will be released as 2013 version. Future software change requests should be reported, recorded, and managed through SCRT (Software Change Request Tool), migrated to jira. Please refer to follows for details:
