LexBuild System Flow - Delete Record Page

Basic Functionalities for deleting a record:

• Find all records with the specified base.
• Allow users to select the records.
• Provide delete confirm page (with notes, delete reason).
• Save the delete EUI to delete_list_db for manager to approve.
